Declaring for the NFL Draft included Miss State WR Osirus Mitchell and Michigan RB Chris Evans.

Notable players entering the transfer portal were North Texas QB Jason Bean, UNLV QB Kenyon Oblad, Cal QB Devon Modster, and Georgia Tech RB Jerry Howard.

Announcing they would return next season included Wyoming RB Xazavian Valladay, Boise State WRs CT Thomas & Octavius Evans and App State WR Malik Williams.

CFB Injuries & Updates – Mon. January 11

In injury updates, Alabama WR Jaylen Waddle returned to action but was clearly limited, and Ohio State RB Master Teague returned from concussion protocol. Ohio State RB Trey Sermon suffered an upper body injury after his first carry, left the game, and was taken to the hospital. Alabama WR DeVonta Smith left the game in the second half with a dislocated finger and did not return.

Notable players entering the transfer portal were Nebraska WR Wan’Dale Robinson and UTSA WR Brennon Dingle.

Announcing they would return next season was SMU WR Reggie Roberson.

Announcing transfer destinations were WR Jahcour Pearson (Western Kentucky to Ole Miss), RB TJ Pledger (Oklahoma to Utah), and RB Anthony Williams (Michigan State to Akron).
